Day 1 - Bucharest
Arrive in Bucharest and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, take time to explore the city on your own.

Day 2 - Bucharest
After a morning city tour including the visit of The Palace of Parliament¹ enjoy lunch in a local restaurant. A comfortable coach takes you through the Romanian countryside to embark your vessel.

Day 3 - Varna
In the morning, transfer to Varna by coach enjoying rural Bulgaria. Join a short cruise and attend lunch in a local restaurant. In your afternoon leisure time walk through the pedestrian zone or see the fantastic beaches.

Day 4 - Russe
Take a day tour to Bulgaria’s former capital, Veliko Tarnovo, and the ruins of the royal castle and the Tsaravets Hills. Lunch is served in a local restaurant, in the afternoon take an optional guided tour of the Nativity Church.

Day 5 - Vidin
Arrive in Vidin at breakfast time. On your tour discover the former Ottoman castle in Belogradshick and enjoy the unique views from many terraced courtyards. Return to the ship for lunch and relax on board until departure during dinner.

Day 6 - Iron Gate
Savour the landscape passing by and benefit from the perfect view of the enormous chalk white cliffs and its spectacular surroundings while sailing the Danube.

Day 7 - Belgrade
Join the morning guided walk through the grounds of Kalemegdan Fortress in Serbia’s capital. You also visit the Orthodox cathedral and stop at the Square of the Republic. Lunch is served aboard and you spend the afternoon cruising.

Day 8 - Kalocsa
After lunch take the tour of the House of Folk Arts showing the area’s farming traditions and join afterwards a performance of the world-renowned Puszta horsemanship.. Additionally, you can visit the Paprika Museum. Return to the vessel for dinner.

Day 9 - Budapest
Delve into both parts of this town, modern Pest and traditional Buda. Enjoy afternoon leisure time, lunch and dine on board.

Day 10 - Bratislava
Join the walking tour through Slovakia’s capital and see its medieval fortifications, Michaels’s Tower, Trinity Church and St. Martin’s Cathedral.

Day 11 - Vienna
Your tour takes you to the world-renowned Opera House and Hofburg Palace as well as wonderful Belvedere Palace with its amazing landscaped gardens. Free time in the afternoon allows you to further explore Austria’s capital.

Day 12 - Melk & Linz
After a morning arrival your tour takes you to the 900-year old Benedictine abbey. After lunch aboard, depart for Linz where dinner is followed by a wine sampling from the famous Wachau Valley.

Day 13 - Passau
Discover the 2,000-year-old city and visit St. Stephan’s Castle where you can enjoy a special concert on Europe’s largest pipe organ². After lunch and free time in the afternoon, dine aboard while departing for Regensburg.

Day 14 - Regensburg
The guided walk includes visits of the Town Hall, St. Peter’s Cathedral and the 12th-century Old Stone Bridge. Lunch on board and enjoy time in the afternoon to explore the city. Dine on board.

Day 15 - Nuremberg
Take the afternoon guided tour to see the Zeppelin Field and the Palace of Justice, site of the Nuremberg Trials. Why not join our optional tour to the Documentary Centre or further explore the city in your free time.

Day 16 - Nuremberg
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Munich Airport.
