Join us and look forward to having all your senses awakened on this very special cruise. Immerse yourself in an ocean of colour at the glorious Keukenhof Gardens, relish a lazy afternoon in the sun as you cruise past lingering pieces of yesteryear, such as the windmills at Kinderdijk and imagine the sounds of the merchants in the 12th century market city of Dordrecht as you wander through the ancient cobbled streets and marvel at some of its 950 monuments. We'll also travel through the vibrant wharves and docks of Rotterdam harbour and enjoy the splendid waterways of Amsterdam, making for a spectacular short break.
5-Day Break
Day 1 – Amsterdam. Early morning pick-ups if travelling by coach. Join the MS Arlene in Amsterdam in time to settle into your cabin and enjoy your included evening meal. D
Day 2 – Amsterdam - Utrecht - Dordrecht. After breakfast, join our included excursion to Keukenhof Gardens where acres of beautifully landscaped gardens form the biggest bulb show on earth (packed lunch will be provided). Return to the vessel in Utrecht mid-afternoon for a cruise past the village of Kinderdijk. During your evening meal on board, we will arrive at Holland’s oldest town, Dordrecht, where we remain overnight. B,D,PL
Day 3 – Dordrecht - Amsterdam. Cruise south into the Rhine Delta, through Rotterdam harbour, to experience the vibrant wharves and docks for which Rotterdam is We will re-join the vessel in Utrecht for a dinner cruise to Amsterdam. Round the evening off in style by joining our optional sparkling city cruise or Amsterdam by night walking tour. B,L,D
Day 4 – Amsterdam. After breakfast, join your coach for the return journey home. B
